What does a health coach do?
I will be guide you along the journey of transformation through food and lifestyle changes. I am a health and wellness authority and can help support you with proper food choices, relationships, career, spirituality, and choosing the most effective exercise for your busy lifestyle.
What things can you help me with?
My main focus is to help you to improve your lifestyle with easy to follow recommendations. We will work on making your life better by improving your decision making skills, allowing you to make better choices when it comes to your health.
Why is the main program six months long?
Six months is a good amount of time to step into your new lifestyle and form the habits necessary to succeed long term.
Can I just do a couple of sessions instead of the whole program
You can. There are shorter programs available and I am open to week to week coaching as well.
What makes you qualified to coach me?
I have many years of experience as a human being on this planet. I've made many mistakes and have learned from them and have had many successes also. I am a lifelong learner and have spent many hours on self development and coaching techniques. I am a book nerd and constantly am looking for improvement through various online/in-person courses and programs. I have a BA in Psychology from Athabasca University and am a certified IIN Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
