What does a health coach do?
As your coach, I will:
- Listen to your concerns
- Create an individualized coaching plan specific to you
- Work with you to help you gradually achieve your health and wellness goals
- Support you every step of the way
- Give you relevant, personalized tools and handouts that you can use in during our sessions and after the program
- Hold you accountable to committing to the changes you want to make

Why is the main program six months long?
Generally, 6 months is the average length of time it takes a person to create and maintain lasting change in their life. We work on each goal by breaking them down into manageable size tasks so that you can get to where you want to be within your time frame. I will be here to support you the whole time.
Can I just do a couple of sessions instead of the whole program
You can if you want to, but you will get the most benefit if you complete the full program.
